Please make sure you fill in ALL the required fields!!! They have a little yellow circle beside the box. When selecting a user name it has to be one word only (no spaces or characters.) If the field shows red after you try to send it, it means that you will have to select another user name and/or you haven't filled in all the required boxes. The Rank/Rate question means just that, both RANK & RATE need to be filled in. Make sure you double check the way your email address is written, we have received many applications with just a letter missing in the email address, & that means you don't receive a confirmation email.
